The total value of your purchase after using the voucher must exceed 1200 CZK.
DámeJídlo.cz – I used my voucher for an order which failed. How do I proceed?
If your order fails after you applied the voucher, your voucher will be deactivated for 20 minutes. After this time, your voucher will be reactivated and can be used again.
For each cashback transaction, you will receive money back into your Sodexo account. You will get your reward every week on Monday. You can see your reward after logging into your Sodexo Personal Account.
How can I return a voucher?

The return process can take up to 14 days as we have to verify the use of the vouchers with our partners.
